What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, working partnership where the coach acts as the copilot, investing in the client to stimulate, motivate, and facilitate their development and growth development.

In turn, the client acts as the driver and concentrates on where they can drive change, following through on the specific actions needed to make significant progress in achieving their goals.
